Having spent many years as a professional cricketer, I understand the mental challenges that come with performing under pressure. Alongside my sporting career, I completed a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Staffordshire University and now work with athletes, teams, and organisations to develop the mental skills needed for high performance.
My approach combines lived experience from elite sport with evidence-based psychological techniques to help individuals manage pressure, build confidence, overcome self-doubt, and perform at their best.
Performing in high-pressure environments, whether in sport or business, can bring challenges such as self-doubt, fear of failure, anxiety, and pressure to perform. When these challenges are not managed effectively, they can impact confidence, decision-making, and overall performance.
My role is to help individuals and teams develop the mental skills needed to manage pressure, build confidence, and perform consistently when it matters most.
